Note that this is specifically a simulation, with which you can prank your friends. A real remote control of traffic lights is not possible with this app, it is just for entertainment. Also note that the use of mobile phones as driver is forbidden in many countries!
The traffic light remote control for Android is designed very realistic. After pressing the transmit key, it will attempt to hack via radio in the network of traffic lights, decrypt it, and then sends a command that switches from red to green.
